was also recommended by Lama Gangchen Rinpoche  for personal and environmental protection.

Maritse is known as the Goddess of Clear Light and has the quality of dispelling the darkness of ignorance, protecting from fear and dangerous situations that arise from both animate and inanimate causes.

We dedicate  these practices of Self-Healing of the Environment and Maritse's mantra with the intention of protecting  of the Forest, its inhabitants and animals.

Feminine Energy and the regeneration of the internal and external environment according to the Buddhist Tantric Vision

How to transform our polluted environment into a pure crystal mandala.

I don't think anyone would disagree with the idea that we need to clean and purify our environment. It is clear that physically cleaning it with machines and chemicals is not enough. The important question that we all must ask ourselves is: how, then, to carry out this cleaning?

The most obvious solutions are: reducing the amount of pollution we throw into the environment, creating green technologies, etc. These solutions are vitally important, but my suggestion is that we also need to purify our mind and internal energy. This is very important as our internal energies and elements are a reflection of the energies and elements of the external environment. In this way, we can transform our polluted samsaric mandala into a pure crystal environment, into a pure mandala.

As a healing of the internal environment, we understand that all sentient beings, especially we human beings, need to harmonize internally.
If we have the five internal elements balanced and harmonized - fire, earth, air, water and space, we will have physical and emotional health, and we can reflect an external environment that is also harmonious. In turn, with the external environment balanced, without the pollution of water, air, fire, earth and space, this will reflect on each of us and we will have a greater inner balance.

The Great Mothers of the Elements: water, earth, wind, fire and space.

We can easily conclude from the previous explanations that it is very important for us to develop the feminine energy of space-peace in our daily lives. At the gross level, we can see the elements around us in the form of mountains, seas, air, space, fire, etc. The five elements permeate all phenomena, but their relative percentage can vary. For example, we say that a mountain is made of earth because it has a very high percentage of this element, but it also contains smaller percentages of space, fire, wind, and water.

According to Tibetan medicine, space is the element that allows the other four elements, wind, fire, water and earth, to manifest, develop and move. This is true for the gross, subtle, and very subtle levels. The five elements are personified as Dakinis and Mothers and, in a way, we are their children as our lives are sustained by them.

Methods for recognizing and meditating on our inner winds in order to purify our body, mind and environment are the subject of this book:
"Making Peace with the Environment  environment" ZHING KHAN DJONG SO" by  TYS Lama Gangchen Rinpoche.
